What Creel is
Creel is a personal fishing logbook. It records what you tell it and shows you conditions and estimates derived from public data and standard formulas.
What Creel is not
Creel does not advise on fishing seasons, licences, size or bag limits, access rights or any other regulation. Solunar feeding windows, tide predictions and weather are estimates and can be wrong. You are responsible for fishing legally and safely.
Your data
Your logbook lives on your device (and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud database). Keeping backups is your responsibility; deleting the app deletes its local data.
Purchases
Creel Pro is sold through Apple as a yearly subscription with a free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use, warranty, liability
Do not use Creel to break the law. The app is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, PXL Security LTD is not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including decisions made on its estimates.
